Patiowell is dedicated to delivering high - quality backyard storage products that cater to our customers' needs. As part of our commitment, we meticulously control the product quality during manufacturing. Rest assured that all pictures and product information featured on our official website accurately reflect the actual products. In the event of any uncommon circumstances, we will diligently explain them to our consumers and offer our sincere apologies.


This limited warranty is effective from the date of purchase and requires a dated proof of purchase. Receipts must be presented upon request. During the warranty period from the date of initial purchase, Patiowell will replace any product or component that fails due to structural defects, manufacturing flaws, or fading.


Limited Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to product damage resulting from improper storage, incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse, misapplication, modification, or the use of incorrect cleaning methods/products. Normal wear and tear, scratches, cut marks, and damage caused by impact or accident are not covered under this warranty. This limited warranty does not cover indirect or incidental damages. Damage caused by “natural disasters” (such as hail, storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, fires, etc.) is not covered under warranty. This limited warranty benefits only the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. After a claim is processed, the warranty period will continue to run and expire on the original expiration date. Please retain your receipt and this manual for future customer service needs.


Please note, Patiowell has different warranties for different products:

  • For metal shed and plastic sheds, we offer a limited 10-year warranty.
  • For patio umbrella, we offer a limited 6-year warranty.
  • For Patiowell's deck box we offer a two-year warranty.

Please be informed that our warranty service covers only product quality issues. It does not include damages caused by natural wear and tear, man-made damage, or personal preference.
