Bought this for my parents, and they LOVE it. My dad has trouble walking, and now he can open or close the umbrella without even leaving his chair. The remote works from across the patio, even about 50 feet away.

This is a very well built umbrella and works soundlessly and seamlessly! We just installed it over part of our spa area as the sun covers most of the pool and spa until about 3pm Houston time. We can now enjoy our spa earlier! It’s not heavy or cumbersome to install and charging the battery as easy as charging a cell phone. The rich medium grey color complements our white marble-like quartz pavers perfectly! Highly recommend, will post any issues but sounds like patiowell customer service would take care of any. Need to get a cover for it.
