Took longer to prepare the base than it did to put together the shed. I’m happy.
Took 3 people 2 days for mine….for an 8x10 in rainy weather off n on and “inexperienced “….isn’t the word for us 3 stooges 🤣 but we got it.
Very happy - we only have the doors left but it started raining too hard - but here it is so far…

10x15 slab of concrete and put up the 8x12 shed. Took me 2 mornings to put up in the brutal Florida heat. About 6 hours total.
Shed is great so far. Definitely does not take 4 to 6 hours like the directions say. Took about 11 hours between two people. One person installing and the other prepping parts. However im very satisfied overall. Does not come with a floor like I see others asking. I built the base before putting the shed on top.
Just one button to open or close. No hand-cranking, no fighting with tangled fabric.
Bought this for my parents, and they LOVE it. My dad has trouble walking, and now he can open or close the umbrella without even leaving his chair. The remote works from across the patio, even about 50 feet away.
Took me a few days on my own not bad for an 80 year old
I got mine mostly built. I received two left door panels so I'm waiting on the correct one to arrive. Building it alone was not fun. Lazy kid couldn't be bothered to help if it doesn't impact him.
Finished mine today after being sent the correct door panel & washers. They got them sent out immediately & they arrived from ups/fedex at the same exact moment. It was funny seeing them park in front together.
Shed completed and Permit Inspection complete.

Started at 0800 on the base. Legit base, 2"x 8" pressure treated lumber, 4x4" treated posts and ¾" pressure treated plywood decking. Joists are 16" OC.
Six 4x4" posts, 40" each. ½ bag of concrete ( Three 80 # bags) per post.
Done by 1130.
7 boxes arrived, started on it around noon, was 85% done by 3pm when my 2 friends left. I finished it up by myself by 6 that evening. I'll admit all of the pieces look intimidating, but it's a really straightforward build.
Started work on the base , 2x8" ground contact lumber and 4x4" posts (6) at 8am. Was done by 1130. Jumped on shed, 3 of us, done by evening.
Update: it's finished!

I researched sheds like crazy and decided on Patiowell and really like the 8x10 thus far! They actually shipped me an extra box I would like to return.
I overbuilt the base on mine out of 2x6 lumber and 3/4" plywood. I know it didn't need that much but it damn sure isn't going anywhere.
Seriously the coolest + most convenient umbrella! Say goodbye to having to crank open or close your umbrella in the heat with this automatic umbrella! We really stay so much cooler under it + the quality is top notch!
This is a very well built umbrella and works soundlessly and seamlessly! We just installed it over part of our spa area as the sun covers most of the pool and spa until about 3pm Houston time. We can now enjoy our spa earlier! It’s not heavy or cumbersome to install and charging the battery as easy as charging a cell phone. The rich medium grey color complements our white marble-like quartz pavers perfectly! Highly recommend, will post any issues but sounds like patiowell customer service would take care of any. Need to get a cover for it.

This umbrella is so convenient and is the perfect addition to our outdoor patio area. I love the smart remote feature and the size of the umbrella. It's very sturdy, was simple to setup and provides more than enough shade.
I love this umbrella! It’s amazing on hot summer days, when I don’t have to worry about cranking the lever, it opens with the push of a button and covers my deck perfectly!
